10.1.1 tm1web process hanging

Dear All,

since we upgraded our Tm1 application now to 10.1.1 (fixpack 1) we are facing some issues in TM1web when executing processes. We have implemented a functionality to copy over the data from one slice to another including a clear process (view zero out). This happens for a bunch of cubes. The user can trigger the copy over on his own. So he has an administration sheet in tm1web where he is pusing a button to execute the mainprocess which consists out of several process. The execution takes about 5-15 min. In 9.5.2 this was working fine, no issues there. When a user is executing the process via web from time to time a subprocess is haning. In the log file we only see when the last process (the haning one was started) but that's all... we can't kill the process via TM1top. Also the shutdown doesn't work which forces us to kill the service. When we execute the process 'backend' means directly (no tm1web) it works fine. I don't know if it's worth to mention that we also moved to another server with our tm1 application.

Does anyone has an idea what the reason for that could be?
