Cognos BI reports using Tm1 cube

Hi All,

We are on Cognos BI 10.1.1 and TM1 9.5.2 version.

We are planning to build large of number reports (500+ reports) using Cognos BI tool and Data source will be Cognos Tm1cube.

My understanding is that building BI reports , using tm1 cube source, querying transactional level data from a cube when compared to querying the SQL table directly it would be very quick.

Will there be any performance is degrading? and what known issues if TM1 is data source for BI reports.
