Express 10.1 Installation Error - SDK-ERR-0064 & 009 ...

Anybody encountered this problem when installing IBM Cognos Express 10.1?

I've browse the web for similar problems and I haven't come across anyone with the same problem....Only the advisor & planner won't install.

I've done check relevant issues from previous versions like checkin the IIS and .Net Framework. Still doesn't work.

By the way I'm installing this in Win 2008
