Element Security Assignment isn't working

I have an Employee Dimension which has elements:

N: Non Employee
C: All Employees
___N: Employee A
___N: Employee B

I also have Usr1 who is a member of Group A. Then I assigned element security to this Employee Dimension.
For Group A, I granted READ access to element All Employees only, and NONE to the rest of the elements.
But why Usr1 still can see all of the elements? Isn't she supposed to be able to see All Employees only?

Any help is really appreciated. Thanks.

Is it possible Usr1 is also a member of a different Group that enables seeing all those elements in your dimension?

Ahhhh, I found the problem. It's very stupid of me.
When I first read your question jstrygner, I was about to reply No immediately. But then I remembered there's a group called CognosEveryone which is created by default by Cognos 8, and I have not set the security for this group to None. I overlooked it since it's default group.
